It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2015, dated 20.01.2015, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.20 of 2015 has been completed and it has been closed as mistake of fact on 13.02.2015.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
