On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police in C.S.R.No.111 of 2017 and the same was closed on 01.04.2017. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
