ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No. 166 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are said to have transported one Unit of river sand illegally, by using Tractor bearing Regn. No. TN 79B 5683 R 1966. He would further submit that A1 was already arrested and remanded to judicial custody and A2 is having one previous case of similar type of offence.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and that A2 is having one previous case in similar type of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
