Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w. 109, 120-B of IPC., in Crime No.5 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the property dispute, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as of now the dispute between the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein has been settled before the Lok Adalat in O.S.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram.

4. The above said submission is recorded. Further, taking note of the fact that the dispute between the defacto complainant and the petitioner has been settled before the Lok Adalat, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ramanathapuram, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
