JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2.As directed by this Court on the earlier occasion, the Executive Officer of the third respondent temple has filed his report and it is seen therefrom the license itself has been terminated. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the second respondent has been apprised of these developments and he endorsed the stand of the 2/4
Executive Officer. The appellant's grievance has been redressed. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal. It stands closed. No costs.
