O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same against the petitioners.

2.When the matter was called on 21.09.2016, the petitioners/A1 to A3 along with their counsel and the de-facto complainant appeared in person. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the FIR in Crime No.177 of 2016 stating that the disputes have been settled between them. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to denote Rs.5,000/- each, to the Harijan Sevak Sangh, Madurai.

3.In view of the above, this court directed the petitioners to pay Rs.5,000/- each to Tamil Nadu Harijan Sevak Sangh, N.M.R.Subbaraman Memorial Residential Primary School Campus, 12, Dr.Thangaraj Road, Vinayagar Nagar, Opposite to Law College, Madurai-20 and also this court dispensed with the appearance of the parties.

4.Today, when the matter is called, the receipt has been filed. In view of the statement made by the parties and the joint compromise memo filed by them, no fruitful purpose will be achieved to proceed further in this matter.

5.In view of that, this petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in Crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed against the petitioners.
