[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner who claims to be the husband of the detenu has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging illegal detention by the third respondent.

3.The detenu is produced before us. The detenu told us in categorical terms that she wants to be with her parents and that she is not in illegal detention.
