ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 30.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.1638 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that at knife point, the petitioner committed robbery from the defacto complainant. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is involved in one previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
