PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner's on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner's on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.03.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
