O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's application/ representation dated 16.04.2018 submitted in person, within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who has purchased the property through 3 sale deeds, has complied with the conditions imposed by the Deputy Diector, Town and Country Planning, Tirunveli Zone, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and the first respondent recommended for sale of approved plots as per G.O.Ms.No.78, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 04.05.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.172 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 13.10.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the necessary fees for the same, which is duly acknowledged by the first respondent. After approval of lay out, the second respondent is required to grant permission to sell https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same. Even though the petitioner has submitted the applications and all the papers before the second respondent along with the representation dated 16.04.2018, the second respondent has not passed any orders.

4. Heard both sides.

5.Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
