JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order passed in an application filed seeking interim maintenance in I.A.No.120 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.825 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, dated 04.04.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main petition in H.M.O.P.No.828 of 2005 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, which was filed by the appellant / husband for divorce, was already withdrawn, as the parties have amicably settled the dispute between themselves and joined together.

C.M.A(MD)No.11 of 2019 3.Recording the same, the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
