in the place of his father (Late) E.M.S.Raj in the Receipt for conducting Mandagapadi Kal Mandapam situated at Vandiyur, Madurai based on his representation dated 14.11.2022 followed by another representation dated 27.01.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the first respondent and direct the second respondent to replace the petitioner's name in the place of his father Late.E.M.S.Raj in the receipt for conducting Mandagapadi Kal Mandapam situated at Vandiyur, Madurai based on his representation dated 14.11.2022 followed by another representation dated 27.01.2023.

2. After arguing for a considerable length of time, both parties have agreed that they will abide by the terms of the Partition Deed dated

17.08.1924, wherein the first respect would be received by the legal representatives of Emmudi Muthaa Gounder and the second respect would be received by the descendants of Muthurveera Gounder.

3. In the light of the above, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
