On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.04.2017, on undertaking given by the parties to settle all their disputes before the Civil Court. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
