When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would that the respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.92 of 2011, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.343 of 2016.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
