Respondent/Respondent Prayer:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, to allow the civil miscellaneous appeal by setting aside the fair order and decreetal order made in H.M.O.P.No.186 of 2014, dated 08/10/2018 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul District.
DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and decree of the Court below and the material papers of the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR. R. Suriyanarayanan, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR. P. Saravanakumar, Advocate for the Respondent herein having settled their differences and entered into a Settlement Agreement between themselves and through their respective counsels before Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and having filed the same duly signed by the both parties as well as by their Advocates dated 01/04/2021 and upon perusing the agreement filed and this Court while Disposing of the Appeal in terms of the said Settlement Agreement doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That, Both petitioner and Respondent agreed to a reunion after 6 years;
(2)that the Respondent agreed to go with the petitioner, wherever, the petitioner set up the matrimonial home;
(3)that, Both the parties agreed to withdraw all the petitions filed against them before any court of law;

(4) that the Respondent also agreed to discharge her marital obligations without an hindrance and in view of the above (Sl.No.1 to 4) this civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of; and
