This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2015 in C.S.R.No.284 of 2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 06.08.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in C.S.R.No.284 of 2015 on 07.09.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(CS-I) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Madurai City.
