This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.157 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that even though the final report is made ready, it is not presented before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to present the final report in Crime No.157 of 2016 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
