ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A.1 and A.2, who were arrested on 11.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 454, 380 and 320 IPC in Cr.No.62 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.03.2016, the defacto complainant went her brother's house and found him dead due to cut injury on his neck.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and that they have not involved in the offence.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 11.08.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
