Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's review application dated 25.12.2025 preferred against the Order Pa. Mu.No.6038/2025/a3 dated 04.12.2025 passed by the 4th respondent, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's review application dated 25.12.2025 preferred against the Order Pa. Mu.No.6038/2025/a3 dated 04.12.2025 passed by the 4th respondent, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's review application dated 25.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
