ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 14.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.349 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused threatened the defacto complainant and attacked him with stone and attempted to stab him with knife. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is involved in 9 other cases.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned
