Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the pay of the petitioner with effect from 01.09.2013 in terms of settlement entered under Section 12(3) of the I.D. Act dated 13.04.2015 and to pay his arrears of salary from 01.09.2013 to 30.04.2014 and difference in retirement benefits including difference in gratuity, difference in pension, difference in commutation and difference in earned leave salary payable from 01.05.2014 together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the pay of the petitioner with effect from 01.09.2013 in terms of settlement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
entered under Section 12(3) of the I.D. Act dated 13.04.2015 and to pay his arrears of salary from 01.09.2013 to 30.04.2014 and difference in retirement benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner has already given a representation, dated 02.06.2018 to the respondents with regard to revision of pay and arrears of salary. But his representation did not evoke any response from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submissions, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready. If the respondent comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is eligible for any amount, it shall be disbursed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
