Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.451 of 2021:- Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to set aside the order, dated 06.09.2021, made in Cr.M.P.No.1424 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court (Sessions Judge) SC/ST (POA)Act, Srivilliputhur and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Criminal Case in Crime No.63 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.Mareeskumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- 1/3
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.505 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).451 of 2021, dated 24.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4.In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.505 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.451 of 2021, dated 24.01.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month, till the disposal of the appeal.
5.Accordingly, this Petition is modified.
