This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without issuing any summon by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a matrimonial dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and thereby, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. The 2nd respondent without issuing summon has insisted the petitioner to appear for enquired and therefore, he sent a representation dated 03.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner, who is the husband of the 3rd respondent, they assigned C.S.R.No.1178 of 2024 and the same was enquiry and closed on 30.10.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner Page No. 2 of 4

and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner and the same was also closed after conducting enquiry, nothing survives further adjudication.
