This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police 1 to 3 and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fourth respondent and thereby considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vignesh, who is the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is money transaction issue between the parties and they also gave a undertaking that they will resolve the same among themselves. Based on the above said

undertaking, the above said enquiry was closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 16.03.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No indu To:
