ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 of IPC and Sections 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 and 3(1), 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 in Crime No.17 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation and closed the file as 'Further Action Dropped'.
