ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 08.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.80 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainant with aruval and caused injuries and thereby attempted to commit murder him. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner was attacked by the defacto complainant on 27.05.2016 and a case has been registered against him in Crime No.86 of 2016. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the injured has been discharged from the Government hospital and he is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ taking treatment in private hospital and no previous case is pending against the petitioners.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 21/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
