On the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted and the same was closed on 05.12.2016. A copy of the closure report has also been given to the petitioner on 05.12.2016. Now, it is the apprehension of the petitioner that there is a continuous threat to his life from one Kumar and Adaikkan. Hence, the petitioner sought for police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
