This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in C.C.No.134 of 2013 within a stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case can be disposed of within a period of six months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in C.C.No.134 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
