This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.411 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner was roaming in a two wheeler, without any valid reason on 26.04.2020, in violation of the lock down restrictions. Hence, a case in Crime No.411 of 2020 was registered on the file of respondent police station for the offences under Sections 188, 269 I.P.C.
