Review Application is filed under section 114 of Cr.P.C.r/w. Order XLVII, Rules 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code to review the order dated 15.11.2017 made in C.M.A(MD)No.1391 of 2015, on the file of this Court Prayer in CMA(MD). 1391/ 2015 :

To allow this appeal , set aside the judgment and decree dated 10/10/2012 passed in MCOP NO. 217 /2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/ III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli .

This review application coming for hearing on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the material papers and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Sasikumar advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Prabhakaran advocate for the 1st respondent,this court while allowing the Review application observing that the amount as quantified by this court, has already been deposited; doth order and decree as follows:-

1. that the 1st Respondent /transport corporation be and hereby is directed to pay a total sum of Rs.5,79,155/- (Rupees five lakhs seventy nine thousand one hundred and fifty five only)as compensation along with the interest at rate of 7.5% per annum, and cost from the date of petition till the date of realization, within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, less the amount already deposited if any and the balance amount should be deposited within the time as mentioned above. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.That on such deposit, is being made the claimant be and hereby is permitted to withdraw the said amount, less the amount already withdraw, if any.
