O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to provide armed police protection around the clock to the Hereditary Trustee and his family members of Madhu Shri Akkabai Ammani Charitable Trust and to provide armed police protection to petitioner/ Hereditary trustee to adduce evidence before various courts around Pattukottai for the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15977 of 2019, dated 14.04.2022, the representation that was made by the petitioner was considered and rejected on 09.07.2022.

3.Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that so far the above said rejection copy was not served upon the petitioner. Moreover, he was not called for any enquiry by the competent authority. 2/4

4.Let the respondent serve the above said rejection order copy to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in appropriate manner.

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
