This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and adequate police protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament at Aathuvali Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District from 10.00 p.m. on 06.07.2018 to 06.00 p.m. on 07.07.2018 by considering the representation dated 22.06.2018 sent by the petitioner. 2.Heard both sides.

prayer has becomes infructuous. Therefore, he seek liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent.

4.In the light of the above this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent. No costs.
