2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, by closing the FIR in Crime No.228 of 2022 as 'Mistake of Fact and RCS notice was also served upon the de-facto complainant. 3.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
