Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.704 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Karur and set aside the onerous Condition No.(i) of the order and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.704 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Karur and set aside the onerous Condition No.(i).

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Courts below while returning the vehicle to the petitioner directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit in Crime No.73 of 2022 of Kulithalai Police Station, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. It is seen that the Courts below ordered only deposit to said amount to the credit in Crime No.73 of 2022 only but not as non refundable. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below.
