ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.I am satisfied that the impugned order was passed without notice to the petitioner. There has been a clear violation of the principles of natural justice. The impugned order is set aside and the writ petition is allowed and the matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent to pass order afresh in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties. W.P(MD)No.6339 of 2022 period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
