ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. 5 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that since the petitioners demanded additional dowry from the defacto complainant, she lodged the present complaint against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
