ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to shift the petitioner's son, namely, Soundar @ Pachakari Soundar, S/o Chellapandi from Covicted Ward, Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, under the control of second respondent to any one private hospital for providing better medical treatment by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.04.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that now, the petitioner's son is taking treatment at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, by expert Doctors. He also submitted that after filing this petition, the petitioner's son is now treated in a proper manner in the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The concerned Jail Authority is directed to give treatment to the petitioner's son as and when required.
