ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Accused No.2, who was arrested on 03.08.2016 for offences punishable under Section 392 IPC and 5(g), 5(i), 6 of POCSO Act, in Cr.No.21 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.08.2016, the petitioners waylaid the victim and had physical relationship with her.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the victim gave a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the learned Magistrate on 30.08.2016 and he strongly opposed for granting bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition shall stands dismissed.
