ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.373/2021. During the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant has agreed to settle the issue at the village level with the help of elders and she was not willing to make compromise. So, the matter has become infructuous.
