RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order to modify the condition made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4030 of 2023 on the file of this Honble court dated 07.03.2023 of directing the petitioner to execute with one surety blood related sureties each a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4030 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 directing the petitioner to execute with one surety blood related sureties each a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai instead of petitioner to execute with two surety blood related sureties each a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4654 of 2023 No.4030 of 2023, dated 07.03.2023 is modified to the effect that 'Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai." All other conditions in the said order dated 07.03.2023 shall remain unaltered.
