O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 06.07.2015 given by the petitioner for offences under Sections 294(b), 494, 506(ii) of IPC and consequently direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint dated 06.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The second respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
