Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 4th respondent to register the complaint dated 21.07.2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offences under Sections 469, 499, 500 I.P.C. and 67 of Information Technologies Act and to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to monitor the investigation and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.07.2016.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same as mistake of fact.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
