This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.166 of 2014 on. the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 2nd respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently it has been closed as 'mistake of fact' on 26.09.2016 and the closure report was also served to the petitioner.
