This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's family on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2017.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C. have been initiated before the Revenue Divisional Officer, with regard to the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.
