ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members by considering the petitioners' representation dated 06.03.2023 within the time limit, that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is admitted by the third respondent that he is the land lord, in which, this petitioners are the tenant. Challenging the action on the part of the third respondent in evicting the petitioners from the premises unlawfully, the above said suit has been filed. Pending the above said suit, complaint has been given by the petitioner, stating that the third respondent and his parties are demolishing their premises. On finding that the civil suit is pending between the parties, the above said complaint was closed on 15.03.2023, directing the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself.

3. Now the grievances of the petitioner is that after closure of the above said complaint, again the third respondent started to demolish the above said premises.

4. On what ground the above said demolision has been undertaken by the third respondent cannot ne the matter for consideration either by this Court or by the second respondent. It is the matter for consideration by the concerned trial Court, before which, the above said suit is pending. The parties are directed to workout their remedy through the pending civil suit itself.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
