Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.4420 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 492 r/w 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.NO.632 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Manimaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4420 of 2022, dated 14.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
