This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent herein to file a chargesheet in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul, is present before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, a positive direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner cannot be issued, in view of the fact that the respondent police will have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to obtain expert opinion with regard to the documents in question. The respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the enquiry in Crime No.67/2015 and either file closure report or chargesheet, as the case may be, after due intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
