This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 68 days in preferring the criminal revision challenging the order, dated 13.09.2024 made in 1/3

Cr.M.P.No.1515/2024 in S.T.C.No.623/2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Periyakulam, Theni District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 30.06.2025.
