ORDER

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for TANGDCO.

2. The petitioner is a consumer of electricity. They are enjoying the electricity service connection as on date. It is seen that the petitioner has consumed in excess of the sanctioned demand. That has triggered the impugned adverse response from TANGEDCO. The petitioner has given a representation dated 04.03.2024 calling upon the authorities to re-visit the issue of quantum of their liability. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner shall be heard in person before the final order is passed. The third respondent is directed to pass final order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
