This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.67 of 2013 dated 24.08.2013 pending on his file within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of three years from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.67 of 2013.

with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.67 of 2013 before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
